01 / THE CHALLENGE

More information than ever. And still, you feel alone with it.

The problem was never a shortage of health information. It’s that almost none of it was written specifically for you.

Scattered glass fragments resolve into luminous blue connections around one polished sphere, representing information becoming relevant to one person.

FROM NOISE TO RELEVANCE

Find the part
that fits you.

More information is only the beginning. The goal is to connect it with your life.

InformationContextYou

It usually starts with one sentence. A word from a doctor you had to look up in the car afterward. A symptom that won’t quit. A result you didn’t expect.

And then — almost always alone, almost always late — you open a search bar and begin.

A dozen tabs. Threads that trail off. Pages that sound certain, and pages that contradict each other. None written with your age, your history, your medications, and your goals in mind.

You are not short on information. You are drowning in it. What you need is the part that is actually about you.

The most personal question a person can ask deserves better than a ranked list of strangers’ guesses.

1,000,000,000+

Health questions on Google Search each day.

47%

Programming questions on Stack Overflow where the person asking had not marked an answer as accepted (August 2019). This does not mean there were no replies. This is a programming comparison, not a health statistic.

The answers exist. What’s missing is the part that fits your life.

FROM THE CHALLENGE TO THE APPROACH

Evidence brings perspective.

The next step is connecting useful information with the person asking. Here is how we’re designing that experience.

02 / HOW IT WORKS

Say it once. Then let the work happen for you.

The conversation we’re building has four steps. You begin with what matters to you.

Four glass stations connected by a blue ribbon, showing a question becoming gathered evidence, relevant connections, and an organised explanation.
  1. Your question
  2. Relevant sources
  3. Personal context
  4. Clear explanation

Your question. Connected evidence. A clearer explanation.

THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE BUILDING

01 / Your question

Begin in your own words.

“I have a follow-up appointment. Help me make sense of what changed and what I want to ask.”

  • Your priorities
  • Your questions
  • The context you choose to share

You say what matters. A diagnosis. A symptom. A treatment you’re weighing, a medication, a goal — in your own words. No magic phrasing to learn.

Your agent gathers. It goes looking on your behalf, across trustworthy literature, treatment information, and real community experience. The reading you’d otherwise do alone, late at night.

It filters for fit. Noise, duplication, and contradicted claims fall away. What remains is ranked by how well it fits your life — not by how loud it is.

It hands you something usable. Your options, the evidence behind them, the questions worth bringing to your doctor, and the people who’ve walked the same road.

Our goal is a conversation that remembers, so you don’t have to start from zero again. The next visit builds on the last. Care that keeps its place.

This is the difference between a library and a research assistant who knows you.

You bring the question. We’ll carry the rest.

FROM THE APPROACH TO THE MOMENT

A person. Never just a profile.

The ambition is personal. Advances in capability, cost, and adoption are opening new possibilities for how to pursue it.

03 / WHY NOW

Three things changed. All at once.

More capable technology. More affordable systems. People ready for a different kind of help.

Three luminous silver-blue streams converge into one connection, representing capability, cost, and adoption coming together.
  1. Capability
  2. Affordability
  3. Adoption

Capability, cost, and adoption are coming together.

THREE CONDITIONS. ONE OPPORTUNITY.

01

Capability

Systems that can follow a question through several steps.

02

Cost

More choice in how specialized systems are built and run.

03

Adoption

People already turning to AI with personal questions.

THE OPPORTUNITY

More personal guidance.

Guidance built around the question — and the person asking it.

Capability. AI systems can now work through a question in stages: find relevant information, compare sources, and follow up on what is missing. That gives us new ways to build explanations around a person’s situation.

Cost. Open models give developers more choice about how to run specialized systems. We’re exploring how to use that flexibility to make thoughtful, personal guidance more affordable.

Adoption. In a March 2026 survey by KFF, the independent health policy organization formerly known as the Kaiser Family Foundation, roughly one in three U.S. adults reported using AI for health information or advice in the past year. People are already asking. They deserve help that connects with their lives.

65%

Of AI health-information users cited quick, immediate answers as a major reason for using it.

People are asking for help now. Let’s make the next answer more personal.

FROM POSSIBILITY TO EVIDENCE

Every connection needs a source.

Possibility deserves scrutiny. Explore the research behind the approach—and the limits of what it establishes.

04 / EVIDENCE

Every answer shows its work. So you never have to just trust it.

See what an explanation is based on, how it connects to your question, and what to ask next.

A translucent answer panel connects to separate source panels through visible blue paths, illustrating a traceable explanation.
  1. Question
  2. Supporting passage
  3. Source + date
  4. Next question

An explanation is stronger when you can follow its sources.

AN EXPLANATION YOU CAN EXAMINE

Follow the thread.

“Help me prepare for my next appointment.”

A useful starting point: what changed, what matters to you, and the questions you still have.

01 / Your context

Start with what you shared.

Bring together what changed, what matters to you, and what you want to ask. The context you choose to share gives the explanation a useful starting point.

Your question sets the direction.

Design example. The technical overview distinguishes research findings from the product we are building.

Start with your question. We’re designing Medugentics to connect the context you choose to share with relevant information and a clear explanation.

Follow the evidence. The intended experience brings the source, its date, and the supporting passage into view, so you can examine the reasoning for yourself.

Know what comes next. Clear next questions help you prepare for a conversation with your clinician. When information is incomplete or sources disagree, that should be visible too.

Research points to new possibilities. Work on medical reasoning, dialogue, and memory informs the approach. The technical overview explains the studies, their results, and their limits.

Guidance you can question. Understanding you can build on.

Confidence that’s earned, not asserted.

FROM EVIDENCE TO TRUST

Understanding begins with trust.

Useful context is personal context. The next question is how that information should be handled, protected, and kept under your control.

05 / PRIVACY

The most personal thing you’ll ever type. Treated as exactly that.

These are the principles shaping the platform we are building.

A silver-blue personal sphere sits inside a protective open ring with three surrounding glass panels, representing control over shared context.
  1. Choose what to share
  2. Review
  3. Correct
  4. Remove

Personal context, with the person in control.

PRINCIPLES FOR THE PROPOSED EXPERIENCE

Your context.
Your control.

The information around you should remain open to your review.

YouYour shared context
  1. 01

    Review

See the context that an explanation draws on.

  2. 02

    Correct

Update the picture when something is missing or has changed.

  3. 03

    Remove

Choose what should no longer be remembered.

These are design commitments for the platform being built, not account controls in this website.

Your memory is yours. Our design principle is a private-by-default experience, with your control and consent at the centre. The picture of what you’re navigating should belong to you.

No ads. No quiet trade in your data. Our intended business model is built to serve the person using it, rather than selling their personal health information.

A guide, not a replacement for your doctor. The goal is to help you understand, prepare, and follow up, with clear boundaries around when to seek clinical care.

Everything the proposed product can do rests on handling deeply personal information well. Privacy, consent, and provenance belong at the foundation.

Relevance should never cost you your privacy.

FROM PERSONAL GUIDANCE TO A WIDER VISION

A healthier tomorrow. A more human future.

A person remains at the center. The platform explores how this way of connecting knowledge can extend to other fields.

06 / PLATFORM

Built for your health. Useful far beyond it.

Different fields share the same challenge: finding the knowledge that matters for one specific situation. Health is where we begin.

One central silver-blue sphere connects to five distinct glass forms, representing possible applications of a shared knowledge engine.
  1. Health
  2. Shared knowledge approach
  3. Other applications

One way of connecting knowledge. Many possibilities.

ONE ENGINE. DIFFERENT QUESTIONS.

Knowledge, connected
to its context.

A shared problem across fields: scattered knowledge, one specific question. Explore how the same approach could help in each setting.

Context · evidence · explanation

Connect a person’s questions with relevant health information.

Potential applications of the architecture; not a list of available products.

The hard part is connecting scattered information to a real question — affordably, with sources you can follow. That is the shared problem our architecture is being designed to address.

The same approach could support legal research, workplace knowledge, financial research, personalized learning, government, and science. Each application would need its own sources, safeguards, and evaluation.

Health is our first application. The platform is the underlying approach: context, evidence, and an explanation that fits the question.

One shared challenge. A foundation for many applications.

The world has never had more health data.
The scarce thing is relevance.
